Now it's November and I can hardly believe it. It's time to start thinking about the Holidays! Wow! I'm excited though. Truly. I love this time of year.
Today, I'm over at Make and Love it showing how to make these mouse slippers. There's something sweet about little feet running around with cute little animals on their feet, isn't there? Gah. I love them.
These aren't the only mice that I've been making though! This past summer California was devastated with horrible fires. I made a few mice and dolls a month or so ago to send to children who lost their homes to the fire. This little guy is my absolute favorite:
You might recognize him from my bed buddy pattern from last year. It's one of the variations shown in the pattern! I added the sweet little bow tie this time though. I hope that these little guys bring some smiles to the kids who lost everything.
In other new and exciting news...I'm working on a new pattern!! Yay! I'm putting the finishing touches on it and hope to have it available in the next week or so. It's a fairytale dress up doll pattern, and the dolls are the same size as my bedbug and fairy pattern dolls.
Be back here soon!!!
