Alright, are you ready to see my family's latest additions?? That's right! Ellie talked me into making some puppies to put in her "dog bed" that she found in our recycling bin.
Here they are up close:
"Mommy!!! My puppies want to go for a walk!!" So we figured out a way for the puppies to convert into walking mode...
and after that walk, puppy of course needed a treat:
And when it's time to go, we just pack them all up and we're ready to go!
and the back of the carrier has cute little fabric "stamps," inspired by Nana Company. I've been wanting to make some fabric stamps for a while now, and this seemed like the perfect project! So much fun!
So yep, this will be a pattern! And probably some online tutorials too, but I'm not sure what will go where yet. The "puppy" part of the pattern is almost done, but I'm not sure about the carrier. I'm not totally happy with it yet....and I can't decide if the door should be a velcro closure (like I have now) or if it should be a zipper closing...and should it come in different sizes for 1 (or more) puppies? What do you think?
and should it be one pattern, or two? I'd love to know what you think!
And finally, do you follow my blog already? Yes, awesome!!! If not, please consider following this blog! I'm really trying to build my followers via email and on facebook, pinterest, twitter, and instagram.
adorable! Both the puppies and the carrier. I love them both!
ReplyDeleteWow, very impressive, and adorable!
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute!! I am so excited to hear you are making a pattern. I think you should make one pattern for the puppies and one for the carrier.
