Welcome to my little place on the internet! I blog about my biggest experiment yet: being a mom to two darling little girls--my snugglebugs. Although I'm a scientist by training, it's creativity (either in the lab or at home) that excites me. I love to print on fabric, try out new techniques, and use my hands to make things.
So what is Snugglebug University?
It's just a fun tittle. No, this blog isn't a degree granting institution, ya, know, in case that needed to be stated. I used 'university' for a a reason, though. I've spent most of my life in school, which ended when I graduated with a PhD in the biological sciences in 2010.
Even though I'm not working in a university anymore, I love learning and I hope to impart that love to my kids. I hope this blog provides you with a place to learn a new technique, a lovely pattern to try out, or inspiration for a great new project!
I am thrilled to have you join us on our journey!
